Don't show all team member profile photos on the top of the board view, only those who are assigned to a card.

Provide an option to filter out those members who are not on any of the story cards. This would be particularly useful if many members have access to the board but not working on any cards.

We're in exactly this case - we have ~30 people who we want to be able to see most everything, but for any given project or board there's only 3-8 people who might be assigned to a card. So the profile photos at the top become more of a nuisance than a help.
